About me.
I started my personal fitness journey as a runner after my two kids were born. Competing in races became my goal, building up from 5k races to the point where I completed multiple half and full marathons. After a few years of running and several injuries, long distance runs were no longer an ideal fitness goal. Needing to shift gears, I turned to strength training in order to get stronger and that’s where I started to see myself transform.
One of my greatest challenges was time. I would wake up at 4am for fitness classes before work. Being a working mom doesn’t afford much time for self care, but I knew that I had a passion for fitness. This became a lifestyle choice for me and I wanted to help others enjoy fitness as much as I did. I was determined to get my Personal Trainer certifications and help others get stronger and confident.
I obtained my NASM certification and built my garage gym as a convenient place to both work out and train friends and family. With the space complete, I am now looking to expand my client base.
